The project of the house is made for customers who bought a plot on the shore of the Klyazma reservoir.

The site has a very beautiful terrain with a drop of up to 5 meters, so the house was successfully entered vertically into the existing situation, having located in the basement of the house all the utility rooms: store room, garage and “Russian” bath.

The overlapping of the basement is a large open veranda, from which a magnificent view of the Klyazma opens.
