AUTHOR’S SUPERVISION

Monthly payment or payment of a single departure to the object – the location of the object is taken into account.

The cost of a single departure is negotiated separately.
If the area of the object is more than 200 m2, there is a reduction factor of 10-25% depending on the area.
If the area of the object is less than 80 m2, there is a raising factor of 10-25% depending on the area.

2. We discuss all your wishes for the future interior, we leave for the object, we make a careful measurement of the room. We make the design task based on the questionnaire you filled out. The design task is the basic document that regulates all stages and characteristics of the project (style, color scale, engineering content) and takes into account the individual characteristics and wishes of the client. All this determines the budget.
3. Conclude a contract in which we fix the cost of works, the stage of their implementation and the deadline for the delivery of the project.
4. We come to the design, during which we communicate tightly with the customer, using all modern means of communication, and, if necessary, we leave for suppliers. We appreciate your time and try to offer you carefully selected materials, furniture and equipment, using the capabilities of long-time proven partners.
5.After the end of the project, we select a building contractor from our own teams or partner companies, if you have your own contractor, we are considering the possibilities. We begin construction, carrying out the author’s supervision, completing the construction of all necessary, we select subcontractors on various aspects of the future interior.
